Screening

• Temperature is measured before anyone can enter clinic

• Patients are asked screening questions prior to and when arrive at clinic

• All employees are prescreened prior to arriving at facility

Face Mask Policy

• All staff must wear masks at all times

• Patients are to arrive with their own mask and wear while in facility

Physical Distancing

• Demarcations have been added throughout clinic to reinforce distancing

• Wait room capacity is kept at a minimum

Enhanced Cleaning

• All patient care areas are disinfected after each patient visit

• Common areas including door handles, chairs, etc are periodically sanitized

• Cleaning services clean clinic on a daily basis

Tele-Health

• Virtual visits including phone calls are available for most appointments
